Joy Juliet Abdullahi
Writer focused on investigative reporting, Lagos
- 🇳🇬 Lagos, Lagos, Nigeria
- Lagos Times
- 2008 to 2019
- English, Yoruba
I write investigative reporting. My work has appeared in Lagos Times and a few places that have long since closed.
I write best early in the morning with a pot of tea. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Joy
Some of my pieces still make me wince. Some, I'm proud of.
What gifts mean to Joy: A gift would give me a bit more time to write instead of taking on extra work.
