Joy Favour Oyelaran

Economics and environmental science teacher, Epe

  • 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
  • Epe Girls' School
  • Since 1987
  • English
I teach economics at Epe Girls' School in Epe since 1987. Most days I teach primary school children, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term. Over the years I've had 1,910 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
What gifts mean to Joy: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me economics in 2016 at Epe Girls' School. I still remember the end-of-term party.

I was in your primary school children class in 1991. You believed I could do it before I did Thank you again.
