Josiane Viviane Nascimento
Careers mentor, Porto Alegre
- 🇧🇷 Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil
- Porto Alegre Foundation
- 1994 to 2009
- English, Portuguese
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Porto Alegre Foundation.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
What gifts mean to Josiane: Any gift helps me keep running a free monthly workshop.
