I've been a nurse for 21 years, most of them in emergency care at Good Shepherd Maternity Hospital in Saint-Denis. Night shifts taught me patience, and patients taught me everything else.
The thing I'm proudest of is that families usually remember my name. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
