Helping people break into teaching

For 46 years I've mentored people in teaching and leadership. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

You helped me get my first teaching job in 1986. I still have your notes!
