Josiah D. Ross

Small business mentor, Leicester

  • 🇬🇧 Leicester, England, United Kingdom
  • Leicester Community Trust
  • Since 1992
  • English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 1,840 people through Leicester Community Trust. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

More about Josiah

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
