I spent nine years as a lecturer in linguistics at Makati College in Makati. I loved the lecture hall and loved office hours even more.
I'm happiest when a student comes to office hours with a question that makes me rethink something I've said for years. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Joshua
Some of my favorite days were field trips that went spectacularly wrong.
What gifts mean to Joshua: Any gift helps me keep buying books for students who can't afford them.
