For 22 years I've run the rugby program at Winston-Salem Fairview Athletic Club in Winston-Salem. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Joshua
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
