Josephine P. Sanders
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇬🇧 Leicester, England, United Kingdom
- Leicester Shop
- 1981 to 2019
- English
I've worked in baking from 1981 to 2019. I learned from my older brother and passed what I could on to 1,410 apprentices.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 17 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to Josephine: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
