Joseph K. Prescott
Painter, potter and teacher at The Unity Pottery
- 🇬🇧 Derry, Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
- Since 1994
- English
I work mostly in textiles, sometimes graphic design. My first show was in 1994 at The Unity Pottery, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by faces I pass in the street. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Joseph
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
Mediums
What gifts mean to Joseph: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
