For 34 years I've run the rugby program at Northside Community Club in San Diego. We trained 4 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I learn every name in the first week.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Joseph
Some of my former players now coach their own teams, which is the best thank-you I could ask for.
