I've coached gymnastics at Los Angeles Sports Club since 1978. Most of my players were between 8 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
More about Joseph
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.
