Joseph Barasa Juma
Taught English literature at Mombasa High School
- 🇰🇪 Mombasa, Mombasa, Kenya
- 1994 to 2019
- English, Swahili, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 25 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, my door was open at lunch.
More about Joseph
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you probably don't remember me, I sat by the window in 2007. I remember you. Greetings from Saket.

You taught me English literature in 2019 at Mombasa High School. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays
