I'm a mentor in recovery. I spent my career as a mechanic and now give some of that back.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
What gifts mean to Josefina: A gift would go toward free mentoring sessions for people who can't pay.
