Josefa M. Gutiérrez

Finance mentor, Bakersfield

  • 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
  • Valley View Youth Network
  • Since 1984
  • English, Spanish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,310 people through Valley View Youth Network. Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites. Thank you for stopping by.

More about Josefa

Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
