Josefa M. Domínguez
Helping people break into entrepreneurship
- 🇨🇴 Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia
- Since 1981
- Spanish, French
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 860 people through Westbrook Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
More about Josefa
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
