For 45 years I have been the home economics teacher at Girona Girls' School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I bake for the whole street at New Year. Inside it, my door is open at lunch.
More about Josefa
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

You taught me home economics in 1986 at Girona Girls' School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
