José Vargas

Software mentor, Coyoacán

  • 🇲🇽 Coyoacán, Ciudad de México, Mexico
  • Kilimanjaro Community Trust
  • Since 2008
  • Spanish
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 970 people through Kilimanjaro Community Trust. I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I bake for the whole street at New Year. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about José

If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to José: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
