José R. Torres

Keeper of the rare books

  • 🇺🇸 Portland, Oregon, United States
  • St. Joseph's Public Library
  • 1981 to 2014
  • English, French
For 33 years I looked after the shelves, the card catalog and the regulars at St. Joseph's Public Library. I ran the Saturday reading group and the summer reading challenge. I garden badly but happily.

More about José

I still remember the favorites of every regular.
