Jose N. Enriquez
Master of upholstery, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Bacoor, Cavite, Philippines
- Old Queensway Works
- 1993 to 2015
- English, French
I've worked in upholstery from 1993 to 2015. I learned from my aunt and passed what I could on to 900 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Jose: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
