I've coached cross country at Madrid Windsor Youth Club since 2014. Most of my players were between 10 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
My best seasons were the ones we lost most games and still showed up every Tuesday.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about José
I still keep the team photo from our best season on the wall.

What gifts mean to José: A gift would go toward kit and bus fares for kids who can't afford them.
