I taught statistics at Mount Pleasant High School in Corpus Christi from 1984 to 2009. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I learned every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I'm still learning every day.

Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Jose: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
