I've coached basketball at Irapuato Football Club since 2005. Most of my players were between 8 and 13, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Winning was never the point, though I won't pretend I didn't enjoy it. I never turn anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to José: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
