Helping people break into engineering

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,110 people through Gateway Community Trust.
I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

you helped me get my first engineering job in 2008. I still have your notes. Greetings from Gwagwalada.
