Baking for 18 years in Ribeirão Preto
- 🇧🇷 Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo, Brazil
- Old Eastgate Trades Guild
- 2006 to 2024
- Portuguese, English
I've worked in baking from 2006 to 2024. I learned from my grandmother and passed what I could on to 760 apprentices.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
