Jorge S. Benítez

17 years teaching mathematics in Iztapalapa

🇲🇽 Iztapalapa, Ciudad de México, Mexico
Iztapalapa Public School
1980 to 1993
Spanish

For 13 years I was the mathematics teacher at Iztapalapa Public School. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Over the years I had 360 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Jorge

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember that terrible school play.

What gifts mean to Jorge: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me mathematics in 2011 at Iztapalapa Public School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam
