Helping people break into first-generation students
- 🇧🇷 Vitória da Conquista, Bahia, Brazil

- 1987 to 1997
- Portuguese, English
For ten years I've mentored people in first-generation students and small business. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Jorge
If I mentored you, I hope you're still pushing yourself.

What gifts mean to Jorge: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
