Jorge F. Ruiz
Master of thatching, now teaching apprentices
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Workshop
- 1997 to 2019
- English, Spanish
I'm a thatching specialist. If you live around Los Angeles, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Jorge
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
What gifts mean to Jorge: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
