Jorge Carlos Soares
Master of baking, now teaching apprentices
- 🇧🇷 Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil
- Since 1989
- English, Portuguese
I'm a baking specialist. If you live around Guarulhos, there's a good chance I've worked in a building near you.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Jorge
If I fixed something for you, I hope it's still holding.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jorge: I'd put gifts toward a new set of tools for the next apprentice.
