Jordan Weaver
Trades mentor, Bakersfield
- 🇺🇸 Bakersfield, California, United States
- Fairview Association
- Since 1982
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 2,290 people through Fairview Association.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
More about Jordan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
