For 21 years I ran the martial arts program at Glasgow Sports Club in Glasgow. We trained 2 evenings a week, whatever the weather.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
