Finance mentor, Seoul
- 🇰🇷 Seoul, Seoul, South Korea

I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 270 people through Jacaranda Learning Hub.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.

What gifts mean to Joon-woo: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
