Jonathan T. Henry
Trades mentor, San Diego
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Hillcrest Mentoring Circle
- Since 2004
- English
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 810 people through Hillcrest Mentoring Circle.
Most of my mentees are early in their careers. A few are in their fifties and starting over, and they're some of my favorites.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Jonathan
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
