My trade is pottery. I opened my own shop in 2003 in Laredo and I'm still there most mornings.
I can still tell good work from rushed work from across the street. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.

Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
