Jolanda Prins
Master of bicycle repair, now teaching apprentices
- 🇳🇱 Utrecht, Utrecht, Netherlands

- 1997 to 2005
- Dutch
I've worked in bicycle repair from 1997 to 2005. I learned from my grandfather and passed what I could on to 470 apprentices.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I'm usually the first one in and the last to leave.
More about Jolanda
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
Crafts and trades
What gifts mean to Jolanda: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
