I teach environmental science at Fairview Grammar School in Yogyakarta since 2003. Most days I teach Grade 6, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 870 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
