I coached baseball at Hialeah Harbor Community Club from 2010 to 2018. Most of my players were between 11 and 18, and a lot of them turned into friends for life.
Practice always ended with the same rule: nobody walks home alone. I fix old bicycles.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.

What gifts mean to John: I'll put any gifts toward a small fund so no child misses a match because of money.
