John Rivera
Teacher at Jacksonville High School, loves home economics
- 🇺🇸 Jacksonville, Florida, United States

I teach home economics at Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville since 2016. Most days I teach primary school children, and I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about John
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

you taught me home economics in 2025 at Jacksonville High School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard. Truly.
