John Rashidi Kiptoo
Oil painting and photography artist
- 🇰🇪 Kikuyu, Kiambu, Kenya
- Since 2018
- English, Spanish
I work mostly in oil painting, sometimes photography. My first show was in 2018 at Little Redwood Studio, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
I try to remember everyone's name. My studio is always a bit of a mess.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about John
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to John: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
