I taught drama and special education at Baobab Primary School, Liverpool. I learned every name in the first week.
Over the years I had 470 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about John
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to John: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
