I work mostly in woodcarving, sometimes sculpture. My first show was in 1987 at The Angeles Art Collective, and nobody came except my family and one confused dog.
Most of my work is inspired by old photographs. I walk the dog by the river.
More about John
If you've bought a piece of mine, thank you. It's on someone's wall and that still amazes me.
What gifts mean to John: I'd put a gift toward a kiln repair. It's been a long time coming.
