John Paul H. Ocampo
Master of tiling, now teaching apprentices
- 🇵🇭 Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Old Kingsway Workshop
- 2009 to 2022
- English, Filipino
My trade is tiling. I opened my own shop in 2009 in Manila and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I always make time for a proper cup of tea.
More about John
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
What gifts mean to John: Any gift will help me keep the workshop open for evening lessons.
