John P. White

Special education and agriculture teacher, Bellevue

  • 🇺🇸 Bellevue, Washington, United States
  • Sunrise High School
  • Since 1994
  • English
For 32 years I have been the special education teacher at Sunrise High School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I've coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm still learning every day.

More about John

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
