Baking, done properly

My trade is baking. I opened my own shop in 2005 in London and I'm still there most mornings.
Apprentices come in nervous and leave proud. That's my favorite part. I never rush a conversation.
More about John
Some of my old apprentices now run their own shops. I couldn't be prouder.
