I've volunteered with Bakersfield Food Bank since 1981. I started on a Saturday morning "just to help out" and never left.
I carry a notebook everywhere. Small habits keep a team together.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about John
If you've ever been helped by one of our sessions, you're the reason we keep going.
What gifts mean to John: I'd put a gift toward transport for our volunteers.
