John Kiprop Mussa
Volunteer mentor with Starlight Community Trust
- 🇰🇪 Kasarani, Nairobi, Kenya
- Starlight Community Trust
- Since 1999
- English, Swahili
I started mentoring after a colleague did the same for me. Since then I've worked with 730 people through Starlight Community Trust.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I'm learning the guitar.
More about John
Some of my mentees now mentor others. That's how it's meant to work.
Areas of mentoring
What gifts mean to John: I'd put gifts toward travel for in-person sessions with students.
