John Brewer
Master of masonry, now teaching apprentices

My trade is masonry. I opened my own shop in 1999 in Los Angeles and I'm still there most mornings.
The best compliment I ever got was a customer who called me back 20 years later for another job.
What gifts mean to John: A gift would go toward tools for apprentices who can't afford their own.
