- Stuttgart Grammar School
- 2001 to 2013

I taught physical education at Stuttgart Grammar School in Stuttgart from 2001 to 2013. Most days I taught the final-year class, and I kept a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
I coached the school's basketball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Johanna
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
