Johan R. Tshabalala
Mentor in small business and farming
- 🇿🇦 East London, Eastern Cape, South Africa
- Sunrise Association
- 1992 to 2017
- English, Afrikaans
For 25 years I've mentored people in small business and farming. Mostly it's coffee, honest feedback and a lot of listening.
I don't give advice so much as ask questions until the answer shows up. I garden badly but happily.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
