Jocelyn Willis
Tabla player and teacher in Leeds
- 🇬🇧 Leeds, England, United Kingdom
- Leeds Ensemble
- Since 1990
- English
I play tabla and folk music. I started in 1990 with a secondhand instrument and a lot of stubbornness.
I teach about 10 students a week. Some of them are better than me now, which is the whole point. I garden badly but happily.
I'm still learning every day.
More about Jocelyn
I write my first song when I was 20. It was terrible and I still love it.

What gifts mean to Jocelyn: A gift would go toward new strings, repairs and music for my students.
